Welcome to Virtual Reality's very own Tower of Babel. If you're a fan of sites like Engrish.com where language goes to die in hilarious ways, then you're in for a treat. There's some kind of weird Czech/Japanese cooperation going on here, and I'm pretty sure that no one understands what the other guys are saying. I suspect that the copywriters occasionally resort to Google Translate, but maybe they just come up with this crap all by themselves. God only knows. Anyway, I insist that the amusing movie descriptions and mangled model biographies be prominently added to the join page as a bonus feature. The "Free Membership", which I'm interpreting as a bog-standard newsletter subscription, promises to help you "Stay tune the World Best Tech-intensive 360° VR porn now!"
Once you've decided to "tune the world" for $ 14.99 per month you'll be greeted by a pretty snazzy member's area and about 40 downloadable scenes. Each one of those 20 to 30-minute videos has its own trailer, six preview photos (no galleries, though), a keyword tagging system and links to the models. Downloads are PSVR compatible. File sizes on older 4K releases can go up to 8+ GB, but they seem to have started compressing newer scenes a bit more recently which means they're now down to about 3.5 Gigs a pop for videos of the same length. As for added immersion, the HoliVR team is implementing ASMR or “auto sensory meridian response” in some of their clips. Look it up if you're interested in esoteric New Age bullshit, I think it's just nonsense. Examples of ASMR video are readily available on YouTube for free.
HoliVR plays around with some original ideas, and their innovative spirit is reflected in an interesting variety of categories available for exploration: Boob Job / Cowgirl / Cum in Mouth / Hamedori / Hazel Eyes / Innie Pussy / SILF / Bubble Butt / Bums Bus / Car Sex. The list goes on. Some terms are self-explanatory, some take a while to figure out. "Bums Bus", in case you were wondering, is German for Fuck Bus. Mystery solved. Those tags are the only way to discover content as the site does not provide a search box. You'll be spinning your mouse wheel a lot as you try to figure out whether there's a second "Panties Fisting" or "Trimmed Pussy" scene available on the site.
While the Asian connection certainly adds to the language confusion, those Japanese scenes with Aoi Shino and Mao Chinen kinda bring a lot of charm and variety to the video archive. Conclusion
I'd argue that the decisive factor here is pricing. Fifteen bucks a month seems fair, and $ 25 for three months is a darn good deal. Personally speaking, I'd stay away from the PPV option which comes across as a very expensive trial option. There's just about enough originality and kinkiness on display to hold one's interest and spicing things up with authentic Asian porn is such a cool idea. HoliVR pulls off that cultural mix pretty seamlessly. The site's offerings are a notch above what your average Virtual Reality porn site delivers these days, but HoliVR will have to implement a more frequent update schedule to keep up with the big players.
